The new log cabin was a very comfortable place to enjoy the week. Although I was by myself there is certainly room in this cabin for a family.

There is a satelite TV in this cabin just in case you can't go a week without the tube...

One of the things I like about a week in the North Woods is spending time that doesn't involve a television set. However I must admit I turned on the TV a couple of times just to see what was going on in the news.

A great place to watch the sunsets...

 Each evening about 9:15 the sun descends behind the horizon and the night show begins. First it's a pretty sunset then the fire flies begin to dance.

I had a lot of fun this year taking photos with my new digital camera. One thing about Northern Minnesota - you can almost always count on a beautiful sunset. The Black Bear Cabin has a big deck with a large table and chairs where you can sit and soak up the quiet ending to each day...
